Background​

 Charmora is an Indian eCommerce brand that specializes in selling premium-quality soft toys. The company offers a wide range of adorable and uniquely designed stuffed toys, including teddy bears, bunnies, unicorns, and various cartoon-inspired animals. These toys are perfect for children,gift-givers, and anyone who loves collecting cute and cuddly plush toys.

Objective​

Drive consistent online sales with a ROAS target of 4+ Increase daily order volume while maintaining low cost per purchase. Build brand recognition among gifting and toy-buying audiences. Maximize return on ad spend through strategic targeting and creative testing

Challenge

Limited brand visibility in a competitive soft toy market.  Inconsistent website traffic and low conversion rate. No structured ad funnel to guide buyers through the purchase journey. Heavy reliance on discounts without a scalable strategy.

Our Approach

  • Used Advantage+ Catalogue Sales Campaign for
    scale.
  •  Created interest-based TOF audiences and
    retargeting BOF sets
  • Age group: 18–34
  •  Focused on gifting interests (e.g., birthdays,
    anniversaries, cute gifts)
  •  Excluded low-performing regions (J&K, Andaman, etc.
  • Used carousel and single-image formats with
    emotional/gifting themes
  •  Highlighted offers: Free Delivery, 10% off Prepaid, Limited Stock
  • Monitored ROAS, AOV, and CPP daily
  • Scaled high-performing ad sets, paused
    under-performers
  • Used UTM tags to track Shopify performance
  • Carousel Ads – Showcased multiple soft toy styles in
    one scroll, perfect for variety-driven shoppers.
  • Single Image Ads – Clean visuals with strong CTA like “Gift Something Cuddly”.
  • Offer Highlights – “10% Off Prepaid” + “Free Delivery” tags boosted engagement

Results

Consistently achieved 5x+ ROAS across multiple ad sets
